My name is Joanna and I'm an undergraduate student at the University of California, Berkeley (Go Bears!) studying Marine Science, Environmental Earth Science, and Environmental Engineering. I'm part of the Department of Earth & Planetary Science, Integrative Biology, and Civil and Environmental Engineering.
My Academic & Career Interests
I'm an aspiring Fish Ecologist & Evolutionary Biologist! I’m interested in how the changing physical, chemical, and biological environment shapes fish physiology, distribution and behavior, and predator-prey interactions. I would love to study the effects of these impacts and how they affect fish both in the short-term and in the long-term.
